It is my sincere hope that President Jacob Zuma Upholds His, SA and All African Civilizations Expressed Values pertaining to Nelson Mandelas impact at home and abroad, I am stating once more that Nelson Mandela was the Greatest Human to evolve out Africa, seconded only to the human imprint, yet discovered in South Africa. However, my displeasure is continuous with the Governments, Individuals and Institutional Leadership who have heard of my Initiative Third Dimension of Mountain Le Morne, whereby almost four years has past since introduced to Government of Mauritius and beyond. Miraculous developments since have been stated in print and now moment has come that Nelson Mandelas consciences and his soul be set/or Immortalized on Natural Mountain - as Grandfather of All Slaves, Ancestors and its Descendants of the World - and be the Shrine to Billion+ in part/whole descendants of Africa, and Natural World Monument to Slavery .
