Southtown to profile Christian Wallace on Monday The SouthtownStar will profile Christian Wallace, who graduated with the Shepard class of 2014, in its weekly Stellar Students feature this Monday. Christian, who earned Honors with Distinction, served as part of the command staff of our U.S. Air Force JROTC program this year. He also was part of the core group of physics teacher Brian Sievers biodiesel engineering students. These students spent untold hours after school and on weekends building the biodiesel reactor at the Crestwood Public Works facility that transforms used cooking oil into fuel for village vehicles. Christians headed to Marquette University in the fall.
