Spent the day at the care facility with Earl. He is doing ok - still has his cough, but it did seem a little better and he has eaten fairly well today. The confusion still comes and goes. He just really, really wants to come home, but it would be more than I could handle alone trying to care for him. He needs 24/7 nursing care right now. It breaks my heart to see him like this and to have him at a care facility so far from home. The facility is one that the VA recognizes and he doesnt have to pay a dime to be there, otherwise I would love to have him close to home here in Shenandoah. Thanks so much for all the cards, flowers, prayers, caring and support shown by our many friends to both of us!! terry
