Spent the night at the hospital with Jaz. She had a sudden high fever, uncontrollable chills, and nearly passing out. She was burning hot with her hands, feet, and tip of her nose ice cold. Rushed to the hospital trying to keep her awake. Scariest moment of my life! Took a few hours for them to break the fever but it finally broke around 3am, thank God! They couldnt find a cause for the fever and she had no other symptoms. They diagnosed an ear infection due to a little redness in her left ear. This morning her fever was back up at 103, but no chills. Im really hoping this is just an ear infection. A couple hours before the first fever, she got into my nail polish and scented lotions in my bathroom. There was nail polish everywhere, so we thought she might have gotten poisoned by the fumes. She had most of the symptoms; red eyes, irregular breathing, drowsiness, and abdominal pain, but the doctors didnt think poisoning. I really hope theyre right!
