Spicy Orange Chicken Thighs This is the recipe I used for 8 small thighs, weighing just over 1kg 2 large oranges (juiced) 1 large orange (sliced) 1 Hot Chili (finely diced) 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce 2 Tbsp Dried Coriander I browned the chicken first, purely because I used thighs with skin on. Skinless would work too. Mix the orange juice, Coriander and Sriracha hot sauce in a bowl, set aside. Layer the bottom of the SC with sliced orange pieces. Add the chicken thighs on top of the orange slices. Pour the premixed liquid over the top, and then finish it off with the remaining orange slices. I found it not as hot/spicy as I wouldve liked, so I might add more chilli next time, its all personal preference :) Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
