L.A Media amd Events Solutions are pleased to announce the opening of the following vacancy: Job Title: Wedding /Event Planner Trainee The accepted trainees will have the chance and space to show their skills and talents and prove their ability in real life experience Job Descriprtion: -Main focus on the sales and marketing with the aim of creating more sales. -Promote and Market L.A Media And Events Solutions Services -Direct Communication with Clients & Customers -Gathering market and customer information -The main duty is to assist the client in selecting suitable wedding décor and theme in selecting a suitable venue. -Increase input database (suppliers,prospect clients) -To ensure that the client’s vision for the wedding is effectively executed. -To create the wedding schedule & budget. -To plan the wedding menu and decorates the wedding venue. -Efficiently handling client enquiries -Compiling information and produce accurate customer files -Responsible for contracts, confirmations and payments -Show rounds for potential customers -Familiar with Terms and Conditions as well as the hotel product in its entirety Job Requirements: -Age: 19/25 -Strong in negotiation skills and strategic thinking -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Excellent in spoken and written English -High Sales Skills -Strong Leadership Skills -Curfew Flexibility -Owns A Car -Preferably Females All you have to do is to send us your CV with a recent photo to hr.lamediaevents@outlook and state the job title in the subject.
