Spring 2014 Fraternity and Sorority Leadership Interns The Fraternity and Sorority Leadership interns play an integral part in the development of the fraternity and sorority community at Indiana State University by directly assisting the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Interns can expect to gain a wealth of experience and network with fraternity and sorority leaders, professionals, and pioneers from across the country. • This application is due November 3, 2013 at midnight. Recipients will be announced at the November 13, 2013 Tri-Council meeting. • 2014 IFC, NPHC, PA, and Order of Omega Exec Board Officers, Chapter Presidents and Rho Gammas do not qualify for this position, as they will already be playing a major role in the planning and implementation of the Fraternity and Sorority Life experience. • Preference will also be given to an initiated freshman, sophomore, or junior member of their fraternity/sorority who has interest in learning more about Fraternity & Sorority Life/Student Affairs as a profession. • Applicants must maintain at least a 2.75 cumulative grade point average. • Applicants must ask for a letter of recommendation from the president of their fraternity or sorority in order to apply. This letter may be emailed to [email protected] before November 3, 2013 at midnight. • Duration of internship is to be November 2013 through May 2014, with at least one orientation meeting in fall 2013.
