Stacy: I have been physically sick all day. I have only met Brody once but today shook me to the core. But he is awake now and stable. Thank goodness. They are watching him closely and trying new meds but the Drs have told them they dont know what else to do to make him better. He has horrible seizures. This was a close call. This is what parents live with everyday. The fear that one seizure, one infection, one shunt malfunction or fever can take their life. I dont dwell on that, but it is always in the back of my mind. Tripp is doing excellent but he is still so fragile. I feel like I can breath again now that Brody woke up. And Tripp is doing great today. He slept great last night and he is swimming now. He is so relaxed, we are getting some great therapy in today! We have some visitors, Mandy and Stephanie from Charlotte NC. They are playing with Tripp in the pool. After this scare with Brody, I try even more to enjoy every single second with Tripp. And a huge shout out to Bows for Bowman. Emily was walking today!!!!! With help but wow wow wow!! That girl impresses me more every single day!! go Emily go!!!! Thank you for all your prayers today for Brody and his family, and Tripp and our family. We love all of you!!!
