Manager: Stockley Task Description/Responsibilities: The CI/HUMINT Targeting Officer (Special Projects Analyst) shall: Conduct CCMD level CI and HUMINT mission coordination, deconfliction, and operations integration. Perform Action Officer staff actions, to include assisting clients on projects and collaborating on CI and HUMINT initiatives. Produces briefings, conducts mission analysis, and applies strategic thought to actions and Division initiatives. Provides support to mission planning, tailors and briefs products for USAFRICOM clients and component staffs. Acts as a Senior Member of USAFRICOM J2X CI/HUMINT Operations Integration Element. May be required to deploy on Short-Term, 1 to 4 wks., TDY, or Short-Term Deployments to specific AORs as directed by the Government. Minimum Qualifications: (US Citizenship Required) Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Specialized Degree from an Accredited College or University plus 8+ yrs. Hands-On Intelligence Analysis and/or HUMINT experience, or Completion of Specialized Training plus 10+ yrs. Hands-On Intel Analysis and/or HUMINT experience, or Equivalent Intelligence/Academic experience, or Credentialed SME or recognized specialist in relevant field.. Experience: Mandatory Minimum Qualification Requirements: 4 or more yrs of Hands-On Intelligence Analysis and/or HUMINT collection experience in assigned AOR Possess working knowledge of HUMINT collection management or operations processes and documentation Possess experience with the intelligence cycle, collection fusion, analysis and production, and dissemination. Candidate shall be knowledgeable of HUMINT operational tactics, techniques, procedures (TTP), processes, programs, and policies within a CCMD. Highly desired: Expert knowledge and familiarity and at least 2 yrs. experience working with DO operational (including field) and staff elements. Operational knowledge of DoD and IC organizations, mission functions, and interrelationships of national and DoD HUMINT structures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and UNIX operating systems.
