Standard Bank: I am really trying hard to remain your customer and give you the benefit of the doubt. A few weeks ago, you made a complete dogs breakfast of changing the terms and conditions of my business account. Today, you launched your new app with great fanfare, and then it promptly stopped working. Now it has crashed completely. Your Facebook page just has a lame apology with no further information. So much for systems testing before launch. Youre really not inspiring any confidence in me right now. Three strikes and youre out. This is your second warning.
