Starting 12:01 am Monday January 19th to February 2nd. I am participating in a Media Cleanse, inspired by my cousin Elinor Atkins grade 11 art class. I will disconnect from social media, unecessary video and image platforms, texting, and phone calls during that time. There are exceptions for necessary communications for project management and business matters that occur during regular business hours. Mon-Fri. 9am-5pm. There will also be a limited window from 6-6:30 pm for social networking but that will be it. The purpose of this Media Cleanse is to focus on creative endeavors and creative output.
