Starting Monday I will be leading a phenomenal group of people through a 12 week program to get F.I.T.T. (faith inspired temple training). Many of you know I have been a fitness professional for over 20+ years and in all those years I have seen many sizes, many struggles, many goals reached for not just myself but for many others as well. As my walk with Christ has grown I have felt Him tugging at me to use my Leadership skills in other ways....Using a 12 week program called MADE TO CRAVE, I will be working with those who choose to take their fitness beyond the food, beyond the workout into a more spiritual realm. I cant tell you how excited I am about doing this!!!
