A few of the conditioning classes have been taken out because of a lack of participation. I would encourage females to pair up with one another during BJJ classes if that is what they prefer or training with a senior ranking student. The weight training area is always available during business hours and for those that need an extra push or want to target certain areas, a specific workout can be catered to the individual or group. If you have any questions or concerns please respond. But please give me your feedback.
