Static Wall Slide: If you travel this exercise can substitute for your squat-works from your hip bones down to your calves, Lean against a wall -make sure the backs of your shoulders are pressed against the wall and you have your head pulled back over your body-not protruding forward. Walk feet away from the wall and slide down so that your thighs are parallel to the floor and back is flat to the wall. Feet should be in the position so that the knee and ankle are lined up. Hold the move for 30 seconds or longer and then put hands behind you to press against the wall and slide up and walk away.
