Statin the facts: Arterial Inflammation is the fire, Cholesterol is the fire department. Statins are like renegade policemen assigned by your doctor to stop the firemen from putting out the fire. Bad Nutrition is the arsonist, but nobody is after the real killer, as statins are Big Pharmas biggest profit maker. The whole cholesterol myth is based on good scientific observation coupled to ridiculous assumption. The logic: If there are many firemen present whenever there is a fire, then reducing the firemen will reduce the fires. Statins also allow the Blood Glucose to rise, causing further inflammation and will bring on Diabetes. Statins damage the muscles and are carcinogenic ! Hippocratic or hypocritical......?
