Still no landline! :( Been like this since Friday. Reported to Sky who after initial checks said it was fault either within property or within area. Explained landline essential as both of us self-employed, and urgently needed it to be resolved. Told it would be treated as high priority! That was Friday! No word from Sky and now the broadband is dropping out all the time. Nine times yesterday alone. This is not acceptable. Furious! Now trying to contact them on Live Chat and been waiting 30 mins for advisor with no sign I will be connected soon. I am certainly not phoning on mobile as it is 08442 number that costs a fortune from mobile phone. NOT HAPPY!! :( :(
