Still on attack on General Muhammadu Buhari: I think we all - TopicsExpress

Still on attack on General Muhammadu Buhari: I think we all agree that the attack on Buhari couldnt have been masterminded by PDP or Goodluck Jonathan. Boko Haram has no reason to kill Buhari. Let us not forget that they trusted him enough not to betray them when they nominated him to be a negotiator between themselves and the Nigerian federal government sometime ago. So, if Jonathan and PDP are not that stupid as to make a move on Buhari and the boko boys have no reason to eliminate Buhari, who then is after him? Who masterminded the bomb attack in Kaduna? Anybody/group that will attack someone like Buhari is no longer fighting for any Islamic nation or for any power to return to a region; the group or person sponsoring it is calling for a full blown war, one that will make Nigeria history. If Buhari had been killed yesterday, we would probably be at war now. Is it the guys from the north who protested violently and staged riots all over that claimed lives when Buhari lost the election that will sit still if he is killed? We would probably be at war today if he was killed. With the political situation of things pre-2015 elections, there are three people that no group that isnt asking for war will not dare to touch: Buhari, Jonathan and Tinubu. No group that doesnt want Nigeria to end will touch them. So, again, who tried to end Nigeria by attacking Buhari? I have a wild guess, who predicted Nigeria splitting before 2015, and has been doing their best to split it personally, if it wont split by natural causes. Your guess is as good as mine: USA. Their history of toppling governments and spreading bloodshed around the globe in the name of establishing democracy fingers them as culprits here. If indeed that attack was meant for Buhari, then it is not internal, somebody/group is trying to take advantage of the security situation in the northern part of the country to start a war that will end Nigeria. As for now, we can only be thankful that Buharis life was spared, who knows where we would be today. James Ogunjimi
