Stop insulting the intelligence of Kenyans you rulling and political class.Eti so nice pension for retired speaker,retired PM,retired VP etc....soon it will be retired county reps,magistrates etc,since as we know from the media,soon those people will not be "declared state officers".It will not take long before we are told that civil-servants in job group P and above,senior parastatal chiefs....etc are not "state officers".Then why use the word state,if the so called "state" officers will not be deliberating on issues touching on state?Hustlers,junior civil servants,.....etc will be the only "state" officers.MPs,judges,magistrates....etc,dont work for the state,i wonder does their payslips bear Kenya Emblems?
