Stories of Birth: Making Labor and Birth Look Easy :) This sweet couple decided that they would birth their baby with us whenever they would become pregnant, almost 3 years back, after they came to know about us through a friend who birthed with us! From prenatal checkups to labor and birth, they were completely involved, responsible and intentional in planning to have the best natural birth experience.. Mom and Dad told us after the birth, that over the last few days they had totally given up taking elevators and would walk up 3 flights of stairs daily to get good exercise!! Labor starts - and these confident parents do not even call us until it picks up. When they come to the Birth Center, mom would smile in between each contraction, and then gently manage the contraction with her husbands help changing positions frequently. With Moms favorite music playing in the room, she feels the baby descend, and then, as per her own count, pushes her baby boy out in 6 good pushes!!:) Healthy Mother Wellness & Care
