The high pressure system will move east towards Tasmania. Onshore winds will lead to the slight chance of shower activity about the far north tropical coast. The surface trough over the interior will move a little further eastwards and combine with a weak upper level trough to generate some showers and storms from the northwest of the state into the central and southeastern interior, possibly getting to the southern coast late in the day as the coastal trough shifts north towards far southern waters.
