Strange thing. Suddenly my project latency has gone really delayed. Havent changed any settings that I know of, buffer adjustment makes no difference, restarted the computer, changed the driver over. Even jumped from 7 to 7.5 to see if that made a difference. I noticed it when I loaded a guitar rig patch up and played a few notes on my guitar, MILES out, like a third of a second. Records fine, but monitoring sucks. Any ideas? Im using Cubase 7. Thanks. [edit: NOW SOLVED see below]
