Students, are you eligible to apply for the McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program? The McNair Scholars Program is designed to build and strengthen the knowledge and skills required to gain entrance into and complete doctoral study. The program prepares and encourages undergraduate students who are members of groups often underrepresented in graduate programs to pursue doctoral studies in mathematics, the sciences, psychology, education, the arts and humanities. Requirements: Applicant must be a first-generation college student and be income-eligible or from a group underrepresented in graduate education. Applicants must also be undergraduates that have accumulated at least 60 credit hours and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applications are available in the McNair Scholars Program office located in McLemore Hall Room 202. Application deadline: Fri., Oct. 17th.
