Stupid report. They complain that foreclosed houses in diverse areas are more likely to have trash and debris on the premises, broken doors and windows, and other damage to the home, and less likely to have a professional For Sale sign. It apparently doesnt occur to them to explore reasons other than racism. Like, for example, a house in a nicer subdivision doesnt end up with a bunch of trash in the yard, nor do people smash windows and kick in doors. And the absence of a For Sale sign? Well, here in St. Louis, I always see a for sale sign in front of foreclosures. But I never put a for rent sign in front of my vacant houses.
