Summer camp 2014 at the splendid Bohinj lake in Slovenia. This is been a special event for me as well...50th years of martial arts practice...a surprise party organized for me! Its been great and emotional! Here in this 1th part you can see few parts of the Makotokai Kata Daippo. It is a very difficult Kata (10 kiai and 3 minutes long)! Again you will see some small connection exercise, and again I would like to underline that it is not KI or QI, just a simple use of the connective tissue. I had a great Teacher.
