Sunday, day 7 this side of cancer.... healing well. feels stiff and sore, muscle spasms between my shoulders.... havent had any pain medicine since wednesday morning at 6. that stuff made me sick to my stomach. so, on this day I am thankful to be alive and thankful for my family and friends. and bored to tears...went to the studio yesterday (when no one was there) and stayed several hours, didnt do anything like lifting. but was nice to be somewhere besides home.
