Sunday....unable to walk...my Right knee got stiffed and pain ...cannot move freely....so missing my morning walk....this is due to citrus fruits.....Few days before I took Kinoos(oranges)....being Diabetic ..the citrus foods do not suit me..the treatment is Homeopathy ...yes Lectic Acid 30....But today is Sunday..shops are closed..so cannot buy ..Plus, fear of MQM ..they are celebrating Solidarity with Altaf ..the roads will be blocked particularly M A Jinnah road....So I will too keep my self in front of Tablet ....waiting for Monday...Baqi San khair hai.....
