Sunny here. Today was extremely boring. It started out really well. Mom got up, around 9am and we had breakfast and a snooze, but things went downhill from there. Apparently Mom is exhausted from chasing after Ivy last night. All those trips up and down the steps really wore her out. As a result, Mom slept all last night and today. She got up just in time to watch Blackfish on CNN. She has really been wanting to see that documentary so she was really happy that she woke up in time. She wasnt sure she would be able to watch it, as she only has basic cable, but Xfinity allowed her to log in and see the film. Mom and I were really upset at the nasty things Sea World did to Tillicum. Mom got to pet a baby orcas, at Sea World in California, but she felt really bad, afterwards, thinking about those poor babies being removed from their mommas and having to swim around in a small pool so people could touch, feed, and pet them. It just didnt seem right. Mom decided, then and there, that she would never go to another Sea World type park. It was way too depressing plus it encouraged people to capture sea mammals and keep them in captivity for human entertainment. Im proud of Mom for making that decision. There has to be a better way of interacting with sea mammals than locking them up in small pools for the rest of their lives. Whats the difference between that and being in prison except the poor animals never did anything to deserve being locked up. I want you to know I am helped Mom find the missing medical records for Prince. I was snooping through the basket, next to Moms bed, and knocked aside a folder that had been hiding Princes folder. Mom was so proud of me that I got a thousand kisses and hugs. Mom is way late on getting Prince registered. She took him to the vets, and got all his shots and things, but some how the folder got lost almost immediately after getting home. Its probably because Mom was having a heart attack from trying to do too many errands on one day. She probably fell on the bed and just threw the folder in the basket. Later someone probably put other stuff on top of it. So now Prince can become a legal dog in the county. Moms not really sure she needs to register him, since he is a service dog, and they arent to be considered as pets, according to the federal government, but its no big deal now that she has the paperwork she needs. Hopefully Mom can get all that paperwork done tomorrow if shes fully recovered from Ivys nonsense. Shes got some other paperwork that is way overdue so maybe shell just make a day out of snuggling with me and doing paperwork. That would work out just fine with me. I really missed her today but she wont let me stay on the bed when she is sleeping. Shes afraid she will roll on me and squish me. Shes probably right so heres hoping she is all well tomorrow and ready to rock and roll. Night all. Sweet dreams. Dont let the bedbugs bite.
