Sunset Events, aka the folks behind some of your favourite festivals (St Jeromes Laneway Festival, West Coast Blues n Roots, Southbound & more) have got something more permanent in the works for Fremantle. The Fremantle-based promoter have been successful in their expression of interest in relation to The Artillery Drill Hall in Fremantle after recently presenting its vision for the venue to the National Trust (WA). Sunset will now enter into lease negotiations with the National Trust, which will include consultation with the Fly By Night Musicians Club regarding when the lease would commence.
