To make surethe staffs produce data with highest quality,Supervisor must maintain all the staffs work motivated, effective, and efficient. The Site Supervisor’s focus areas are as follows: • To make sure highest quality of data is collected all times. • GuideSite Staff in accordance to the company’s set rules and regulations. Supervisor’sDuties: RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SCHEDULING • Maintain the system to control work-flow through site department • Agree and fulfill deadlines of theproject • Always know site staffs existence. • Monitoring status, stage and progress of the project • Inform the managerif there is a delay of the project as soon as possible 2. GATHERSITE TEAMS • Gathersite teams for briefing • Make sure briefings are adequate through checking of pilot interviews • Set deadlines, itineraries, and check progress on a regular basis 3. COST CONTROL Inspect team travel expenses carefully and have a right to approval the travel cost (your signature indicates agreement to costs and accepts responsibility of the cost, the team staff, also the equipment). 4. SUPERVISION OF THE STAFFS • Assess performance of the staffs • Give support to the staffs 5. QUALITY CONTROL • Conduct regular and unannounced checks on staffs. • Identify and encourage individualstaff with lack progression but still potential • Identify weaknesses and training needs • Administer the field work quality incentive scheme 6. ACCOUNTABILITY • Responsible for the quality of data collected • Responsible for the performance of staff • Responsible for expenses and travel costs • Responsible for quality of field work EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND NEEDED • Fluency in English and Bahasa languages • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Excellent computing skills • PC software, mobile devices, tablets advanced user • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, achieve results, work without supervision and work under pressure • Strong attention to details • Leadership qualities and ability to motivate team • A Bachelors degree or a diploma in Social Science and related research management qualificationwill be an added advantage OTHER VITAL QUALITIES • Interest in marketing or social sciences • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Bali • Ability to adapt to various cultural settings • Ability to follow instructions • Interest in work, people and places
