Support for blind & vision impaired children in Victorian schools has been woefully inadequate for many years. These terrific kids deserve the same opportunity as anyone else. Im determined to do so much better. Today I visited Insight Specialist School in Berwick with my colleague Judith Graley, Member for Narre Warren South. We announced that Labor will invest $2.4m to upgrade the school and deliver a Centre of Excellence.
