Suspension of franchise or operations is NOT an answer, NOR does it guarantee the non-occurence of future mishaps. Accidents do happen everywhere and at anytime. At the end of the day, it is the commuters who suffer, more specifically as there is no other major transportation line plying the subject route!!! The negligence or error of one driver cannot and does not necessarily spell the same for the rest of the fleet. If Victory Liner is, indeed, culpable, then impose liabilities, either criminal or civil, or both, depending on surrounding circumstances. (dvpastores2014)
