Suspicious male in Florey (LAST NIGHT) Hi CMs, thought I should post to make you all aware of an incident that occurred near St Francis Xavier Florey last night (thursday). Hubby was out late last night (1am) walking the dogs when he witnessed a male attempting to break into a car along Kreft Cres. When he seen hubby he ran and hid and 5 mins later was at another house attempting to do the same thing. My husband called the police immediately and yelled out to him and he again ran and hid. Hubby then decided to wait on Kreft for the police. While talking to the officer, he again seen the same guy trying open another car door and this time took off chasing him with our two big dogs and still on the phone to police. Police arrived and he was nowhere to be seen. The police continued to search for him but probably didnt find him. He was wearing a grey jumper with a bum bag. If you live along Kreft, between St Francis and Kingsford Smith Dr, your house was probably targeted but luckily hubby was there to save the day.. Remember to always lock your car, house and garage. I know im personally a little slack with security but last night was a big wake up call.
