Swachh Bharat is a ploy to distract us from what Gandhi called his four pillars/priorities for Swaraj. 1) Reconciliation between Hindus and Muslims (Communal Harmony). 2) Ending untouchability( Social Justice). 3) Sustainable development and ending unemployment. 4)Embracing democratic non violent solutions to resolution of disputes.
