Sweat 2013 Session #13 1- Welcome back. (10 minutes) 2- Warm-up (20 minutes) • Dynamics (5 minutes) • ball handling-hands (5 minutes) • 2 on 1 warm-up drill (10 minutes) 3- Specific Skill Training for player plan (40 minutes) • Shane, David and Brandon (Threes from three spots) on the gun. 10 minutes each straight keep track of stat. Two players not shooting are working on footwork attacks (Serge) • Jerry, Loren, Mackenzie , JT and Jesse- P & R shooting (Andre) • Kelly, Jordan, Al (15 minutes on shooting then go to the P & R station)- (form shooting 1- shooting pocket 2- step in 3- Fades) (mike) 5- 3 on 3 play (15 minutes) 6- Plyometrics- (30 minutes) • Three sprints the length of the court • One power leap the length of the court • 10 clap push-ups (8 for the girls) • Stair jumps (two at a time) for one flight of stairs Repeat 4 times 7- Cool down, stretch and debrief (10minutes)
