Here are some things to expect at Sweet Pea’s Artisan Pizza • Hand mixed pizza dough (no mixers involved) made with the finest Italian flour • Homemade pizza sauce, made from the best Italian tomatoes and organic spices (low acidic, say good bye to the after pizza heart burn) • Our pizzas are 12 inch pizzas, good for one dinner, or a dinner and a lunch if you’re not too hungry (you will probably want to eat the entire thing at once, it’s that good) • Sit down service. Order at the counter, and someone will gladly bring you your drinks and pizza when it’s ready • Quick Service: Pizzas are cooked at the highest temperature possible.
