......................................THANKS MOM!................................................. Good morning my friends...I spoke yesterday about my mother and what a great lady she was. And one of the things she taught me as far back as I can remember, she would say Spencer, always be a good boy. It was like a broken record with my mom, over and over even into my teen years!....Be Good, Be Good, Be Good!....I would think, .............What’s the deal? Then as I developed my own personal relationship with Christ, I read this in His Word. Listen carefully. 1 Peter 3:13 13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of THAT WHICH IS GOOD? LHM! There it was. It all became clear. Mom knew it was all about Gods Protection!!!...... It was indeed a two way street! By doing that which is good we buy ourselves a blanket of protection from the Almighty. So what do you say? Lets say something nice to someone today. Help a friend, neighbor or even a stranger along the way. Make a phone call, send a card, or write an inbox and thank someone who has helped you in your life. Be a positive person and encourage someone today. If you get the chance, pray for them in his or her presence. Im telling you Mom was right, you cant go wrong doing that which is GOOD!!!……Remember its all about Gods protection! ......................................THANKS MOM!.................................................
