THE CONSTANT QUESTION The question we get most is are you planning a Perspectives class in my area? Once we determine where you live and if a class is being planned, it pains us to have to say NO to those folks who do not live anywhere near an onsite class. And then we ask for prayer: Prayer that God would raise up the right person in your area who can start a class. Sometimes it happens; sometimes it does not. So how does a person get a class started? We first need an eager alumni to attend a Perspectives coordinator workshop. The workshop is built on four main categories. First we review what it means to have vision for mobilization that starts in the local, host church and extends to the furthest reaches of the community of Believers. Then we lay the foundations of a strong team, the God-given gifts that strengthen the team and the various duties/responsibilities of everyone involved. That leads us into the administration part of the class, what it takes to create a web presence and understand registration and student management. And because our classes are self-sustainable, we build a mock budget together so that we can answer your questions ahead of time. Finally, we end with structure for building the class program and giving you ideas for activities, review, prayer, etc. You bring the desire, and well help you build the vision. After training, a regional director will walk with you through the entire team building, web presence, finance management and student enrollment process. Their job is to serve you and bring understanding and encouragement to your task. Then youll finally reach the day when your class opens and students attend, sharing with you how much theyve been waiting for this class to happen. As they journey through the course, youll see the light of understanding and deepening transformation in their hearts, and youll remember how the same truths affected you. And suddenly, youll realize that this hard work means so much to the Kingdom and is worth more than you ever imagined. Interested?
