THE EDOSOPADEC COMMISSIONER UWADIA AND HIS WHEELBARROW EMPOWERMENT - TopicsExpress

THE EDOSOPADEC COMMISSIONER UWADIA AND HIS WHEELBARROW EMPOWERMENT IS A GREAT SCAM ORCHESTRATED AGAINST EDO PEOPLE... We will never relent in our effort to bring to justice the Commissioner of EDOSOPADEC over his purported wheelbarrow empowerment orchestrated to cover up the huge fraud and the diversion of our God giving resources in the commission and at the detriment of Edo people... The EDOSOPADEC was Established to act as an interventionist agency in areas of infrastructural and manpower development in target Oil and Gas Producing Communities. The vision of the commission is to create A just and equitable distribution of the resources from Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Local Government Area in order to ensure that they enjoy improved basic amenities of life and are adequately empowered. While the mission of the commission is to achieve increased satisfaction of Oil and Gas Producing Areas through the provision of infrastructural facilities and socio-economic empowerment to transform the rural economy.... Are we going to sit and watch the commissioner of EDOSOPADEC Uwadia and his criminally minded plan to flourish without resistance from the Edo people? I can recall back to 2013-08-26 13:09 where Orobosa Omo-Ojo, the Edo Commissioner for Special Duties, Oil and Gas, gave the assurance in Benin in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).Where he said that EDSOPADEC was currently executing 169 various projects that would help to bring speedy development to the councils - Ovia North-East, Orhionmwon and Ikpoba-Okha. He said that the projects, which included school buildings, solar-powered bore-holes and health centers, were in different stages of completion. He said that the agency also embarked on the construction of a 10-km road in each of the the areas to link their communities.Because of the state government’s shift in ideology in relation to leadership, it has embarked on the execution of quality and sustainable projects for the people. He went further to say that The relationship between his ministry and the agencies is that of supervision; it is our responsibility to ensure that these projects are executed according to specifications of the designs. The era of tokenism and self-aggrandisement when you can just erect one structure and call it VIP toilet is gone. After making this great statement of assurance to Edo people, The commissioner of EDOSOPADEC has end up giving out wheelbarrow as an empowerment to the people of oil producing community... I which to ask a simple question that demands an urgent answer... What is the correlation between wheelbarrow empowerment and the mandate giving to EDOSOPADEC commission to empower the people of oil producing community? where are the basic and monumental infrastructure claimed to be executed by the commission? How many youth has been transparently trained and empowered by the commission? This is a commission that get allocation of about 300million Nira on a monthly basses without having any thing on ground to show for those huge sum of money... We wish to send a clear message to Uwadia and his criminally minded ideology to frustrate the people of Edo State oil producing community and to push us into the back water of economic decadence that We are determine to fight back and to go to any length to resist Mr Uwadia and his orchestrated intent to divert public funds and to mortgage our collective destiny for private use... We are going to launch a fierce media onslaught via mass mobilization of Edo people, Nigerians and the world in general to be aware of the nature of crime being committed against the people of oil producing community by Mr Uwadia the commissioner of EDOSOPASDEC as we commence the invitation of anti graph commission to investigate the Activities of EDOSOPADEC under the tutelage of Uwadia....
