THE EMERGENCE OF THE RT HON EMEKA IHEDIOHA, CON AS THE IMO PDP GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE : THE LESSONS,& SIGNIFICANCE.... Prior to the historic Governorship Primaries of the PDP on December 08,2014, it was not a surprise that the preferred CHOICE Will emerge...This is because elections,whether collegiate, or general, are not won on mere wishful thinking, reckless, tactless media campaigns, but through practical efforts, activities, & preparations... Ihedioha got elected by all the Members of the House of Representatives unopposed as the Deputy Speaker against the permutations, & calculations...This was a pointer to his amazing endorsement of his sterling qualifications, attainments, & character...And so,Ihedioha set out,using the rare privilege of this high Office, to redefine political leadership, & legislative representations, not common in our Climes... Yes,Ihedioha understood absolutely, that its incumbent on him to reposition the Imo PDP for optimal rediscovery for electoral advantages....In doing these,Ihedioha assembled Aides beyond his immediate Federal Constituency, Senatorial District, & even the South-East Region...And so,every Local Government in Imo State had appreciable numbers of Persons working with him,both @ the National Assembly, Abuja, & Liaison office, Owerri....This was roundly applauded,causing Imo political class to literally empty into any venue of his Consultations engagements in the Meet the People Tour of Imo State...Yes,its the first of its kind,likened to the Obama example.... Again,Ihedioha understood,appreciated the dearth of infrastructure in Imo State...And thus,he ensured,either through direct, or in synergy, or in partnership arrangements, to facilitate, attract life-transforming infrastructure in Imo State...Yes,its true that every Imo State Local Government has a standing legacy of Ihedioha in facilities, & infrastructure beyond his immediate Federal Constituency... Also,Ihedioha blazed the trail in human capacity buildings,& empowerments....Its no longer news,that over Three Thousand Women, Youth, & Party Men benefitted from the political generosity, & benevolence of Ihedioha in appointments, skills acquisitions,employments,& other commendable activities aimed @ leveraging on the disadvantages of the Imo PDP....These were very rare accomplishments.... Ihedioha was not found wanting in the funding of the PDP in Imo State since the regrettable loss of loss of power by the Party in 2011...Its on record,& overwhelmingly acknowledged by the Party @ all Levels, that Ihedioha was one of the greatest Financiers of the PDP in Imo State..... SIGNIFICANCE OF THE IHEDIOHA EMERGENCE : It would have been the highest display of betrayals, had Ihedioha not emerged as the CANDIDATE OF THE PARTY.... Ihedioha understood the place of Jehovah in the affairs of Men...And so,he dedicated his Governorship aspirations to Jehovah, christening it as the Imo Divine Project ...And wherever he goes, either in political consultations, or any other activities, Ihedioha commences with this RENDITION TO JEHOVAH, LET THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD COME DOWN; LET THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD FILL ME....This is in recognition of the Supremacy of Jehovah, especially as Ihedioha knows absolutely that only JEHOVAH BUILDS,ESTABLISHES KINGDOMS, PALACES ; ENTHRONING KINGS,LEADERS.... Another significance was that his emergence as the Deputy Speaker was Divine....Joseph in the Book of Genesis of the Holy Bible told his wicked Brothers in forgiveness, that he was sold to preserve their lives,not necessarily of his Dreams of Rulership, & Leadership....And like Emeka Ihedioha, his emergence as the Deputy Speaker was to preserve the future, & existence of the Imo people.....Have We pondered on what would have been the future of the Imo PDP, had Ihedioha not become the Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Nigeria....Ihediohas intimidating convoy, presence, & Political influence dwarfed the Emperoric tendencies of Governor Rochas to the comfort, advantages of the Imo people, & in deed,the Imo people.... Another significance was the THREATS OF TECHNICAL KNOCKOUT Issued to Governor Rochas, even @ the climax of Governor Rochas popularity in Imo State, & Nigeria...Governor Rochas understands the SPIRITUAL UNDERTONE Of this political challenge ; Rochas been a highly spiritual person....Since this challenge, Governor Rochas has remained perennially confused, spiritually dwarfed,& ingloriously exposed as fake,unreliable,deceitful,& demonic..... Yet another significance was the character of the next Imo State Governor....Imo State needs a break from the sordid past, where Governors emerge without adequate preparations in integrity, academic records,& verifiable accomplishments, plus robust administrative, & Political experience, & exposure....Ihedioha today in Imo State, ranks as the only Political Leader with the highest political experience in the highest echelon of leadership, which advantages dated back to 1992...Ihedioha has a robust, enviable dossiers in Executive, & Legislative political, & administrative experiences in Nigeria...Yes,Ihedioha remains one of the few Nigerian Political Leaders without bank indebtedness, soiled political image,& threatened political future in spite of his long years in the Political chess game of Nigeria.... Still,another significance is the brilliance, humility, godliness, & forthrightness of Ihedioha....Ihedioha Is not given to clannishness, divisiveness, & other primordial considerations which bedeviled our political history, & existence...This accounts for why all Nigerians are engaged in his Office to reflect the FEDERAL CHARACTER....Ihedioha Is a consummate political politician,rarest gentleman, thoroughbred legislator, & quintessential political leader fitted for the Nigeria of our Dreams, & Aspirations.... LESSONS : One of the greatest lessons of Ihediohas emergence is that nothing pays as preparations,diligence,& hardwork.... Another lesson is that our society is readily embracing the value of unblemished, unimpeachable character, & integrity in place of cheap lucre, which wealth are acquired through questionable, occultic means,& practices.... Yet another lesson is the repentance of the PDP in supervising very transparent electoral activities, though theres no perfect human process...This transparency has starved of the prophesied, trumpeted implosion @ the end of the Primaries.... Another lesson still,is that there must always be a Winner in every contest ; everybody must not be a Winner....Yes,the Winner must seek rapprochement, genuine reconciliations for the prosperity of the PDP...... Its not a surprise truly that the Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, CON won the keenly contested Imo PDP Governorship Primaries ....Ihedioha deserved the coveted TROPHY, especially because he worked for the PRIZE Tirelessly in diligence, preparations,candour,& All positive activities... No wonder, Imo people say,& its true that Ihedioha Thinks! Ihedioha Listens!! Ihedioha Delivers!!! Yes,& truly, Ihedioha is the Governor-In-Waiting, Imo State in 2015..... Goodluck Nigeria.... TO JEHOVAH BE ALL THE GLORY FOREVER!
