THE ICC DEBACLE!! ICC should stop its engagement in a wild goose chase!! It should accept that the evidence at its disposal isnt water-tight & their legal responsibility of PROOF BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT is non-attainable.!! As an Internatinal Relations expert; I analyze this ICC matter as follows: 1) ICC should be aware of article 31, clauses a,b,c,d of our kenyan constitution. ----- NO time can a kenyan govt seize, ones possessions or infringe ones private communications. There4 the AG- Githu Muigai was under the law, in seeking consent from mr.Kenyatta to seize his possessions. 2) Hague is only but an avenue for INTERNATIONAL POLITICS, in the sense that; How can they summon mr.Kenyatta to Hague ONLY to sit &watch? Why ought they applied the VIDEO-CONFERENCING, mechanism then? Their quench of showing the world that they can summon even a PRESIDENT was rudely quashed by mr.Kenyattas glistening Mind. 3)ICC fears that, if it drops these kenyan-cases, its relevance in its MAIN Hunt-place, AFRICA, is lost, owing to the fact that theres a pending bill in parliament that seeks to remove kenya from ICC. IN SHORT: The incumbent ICC prosecutor should precisely accept that her predecessor mr.Ocampo, did a shoddy investigation & this case has got out of her hand & its only heading into a false direction.
