You will have varicose. 2. Turmoil Budget! Dont spend than what you earn. Credit here credit there. Think of the interest. Look at Jesus and Mary.. Live simply with humility.. Open your palms once in a while. Give from the heart..3. Improve your cooking.. No overcooked or undercooked food ..too much salt or no taste. Kids will enjoy.. Avoid FSS fat sodium sugar.. Just enough. 4. Avoid nagging or gossip .. Live a relaxed life.. All have problems to carry. Everybody is tested.. Pray ..sanctifying graces and blessings will fall. 5. Dont dwell in the past.. Dont let it hold you to live as a person.. You cannot CHANGE IT..AMEND IT..UNDO IT.. dont let too much sorrows control your life for the Holy Spirit Cannot work within a soul St. Padre Pio. People who pray finds comfort and consolation.. 6. Remember.. If you have trials..everyone has.. Others have more TRIALS than you.. God is watching.. Pray Matthew 7:7-11. If your Father on earth knows your need how much of our Father in heaven. 7. If youre far away from Families..pray.. Jesus will lift you up..He puts hope and consolation in the air.. Abandoned? Pray!! Weak Persons go astray. Pray! God has a beautiful plan for you. Cling to prayer. Petitions? Somebody is sick? Pray..to the Holy Sporit, .rosary Chaplet of Mercy.. Ask the intercession of Angels and Saints.. DO YOU NEED HEALING..forgive forget love!! Body and soul ..physically,emotionally, spiritually? Confess John 20:22-24.
