Corporal Anthony Ogwal, the officer in charge of Abako police post in Alebtong district has appeared in court for murder.He appeared before Richard Ssemaganda, the Lira Grade one magistrate on Wednesday, where he was charged with negligence of duty and the murder of Daniel Odongo, a former student of Buluge comprehensive secondary school.. Ogwal was remanded to Lira central government prison until December 23rd, 2014 when he will reappear before court for the mention of his charges.
