THE OBSERVER. GBMS ENTIRE GRATUITY DONATION TO HIS CONSTITUENCY PERCEPTION OR REALITY...............GBMs gratuity donation to his constituency has raised a lot of mixed feelings,some they feel he is a generous man and that he likes his people.However others feel he is just making the promissory notes,doing window dressing,showy and that he is boastful etc.......After having listened from both sides,however Im more interested from the people who are saying that those are just PROMISSORY NOTES that he made and that they ve even quoted him that in 2011 he did make the same kind of promissory notes but failed to fulfill......The question is,how many thinks he will fulfill it and doubts him? N.B....GBM is the bussiness magnet and the serious bigwig of Zambia who last time only instructed his junior accountant to pay off the FRA the big huge debt he owed them,lol
