The year is probably around 1920 and it is definitely wintertime with all of the coats being worn by young and old alike. Ken got a real kick out of the sign on the side of the depot and it took him a while to decipher it, but this is what it says. NOTICE PRIVATE PROPERTY THIS IS THE PRIVATE PROPERTY of the RAILWAY COMPANY INC. PEELERS, BOOT BLACKS, HOTEL RUNNERS, HACK DRIVERS, LUNCH and FRUIT VENDORS are PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING or REMAINING HEREON FOR THE PURPOSE of PLYING THEIR VOCATION. Who wants to guess what a peeler was?
