THERAPIST HomeSafe has an exciting career opportunity for a Master’s level Therapist to join our team of professionals. Description: This full-time position provides therapeutic services to adolescent residents in our Specialized Therapeutic Group Home located in West Palm Beach. Our therapists evaluate, assess, develop treatment plans, document and offer crisis intervention skills to help meet the needs of our clients. Therapists are an integral part of our programs in helping prepare youth for current and future experiences. Requirements: Knowledge in treatment planning, assessment, discharge planning, thorough clinical documentation, and crisis intervention required. Experience with creating a therapeutic milieu and working with emotionally challenged teenage population in a group home setting. Residential experience preferred. Master’s required. License preferred. (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT). Flexible schedule. Some evenings and weekends required. Valid and insurable Florida DL & drug/background screening req’d. NPI and Medicaid number a plus.
