Things I did each day....took flax and fish oils, vitamins and all the suppliments I could find on his list, colon cleansers, sauna, strength train and cardio, messages, get body on a routine schedule. Start eating meals at noon and 6pm, sleep from 10-6, start cutting out sugars and carbs 5. Buy food scale that measures in grams 6. Be checked by a doctor and have blood work taken so that when your journey is over you have a measure of success other than the scale 7. Take measurements 8. Buy a journal and prepare charts 9. clean out environment from temptations 10. Keep this journey to yourself- people will try to discourage you because they do not understand the diet- dont listen to them 11. Create and hcg email, facebook, and youtube channel. Start subscribing and commenting as much as you can 12. Start thinking of ways to deal with temptations because cheating even a little will DESTROY your efforts and set you back as much as a week 13. Look inside and figure out why you gained the weight and stop coming up with excuses. Deal with those reasons and decide that you will not let them control you anymore.
