FORT CARSON IS REPORTING STATUS RED BEGINNING November 12 at 1:30 p.m. Phased release is in effect for all non-mission essential personnel and begins at 1:30 p.m. Personnel living more than 15 miles from the installation may depart at 1:30 p.m. Personnel living 5 to 15 miles from installation, may depart at 2 p.m. Personnel living on Fort Carson or within 5 miles of the installation may depart at 2:30 p.m. Supervisors of civilian employees will grant administrative leave for the time period covered by the REPORTING STATUS RED. To determine if you are non-mission essential, contact your first line leader.
