THIS is what I was trying to show. First one, Hawaii a couple of years ago, and second one 2 nights ago. What a difference, eh? #mytransformation #jewelsfitnessjourneyforlife BEACHBODY changed my life.....PERIOD!! Shakeology and the workouts and then that helped with the eating cleaner, portion control, feeling better, more energy, not being sick, my knee is better (along with therapy), and that led to me becoming a Coach and the passion of wanting to help others do the same thing I did. Easy as that! Nothing funny, no fad diet!! I will NOT gain the weight back! I did not give up! YES, its hard, but look at these pics, it CAN be done!! Just DO IT and do not give up! And there are people like me that want to help you :) Now I am onto another program, Body Beast with some Body Les Mills Pump and cardio (Zumba and whatever other cardio I want to do) to get some definition, tone, strength, and muscles. Whenever that transformation happens, you will see that also. I had to stop for a few months after surgery, but now its time to go full speed ahead again. Yes, I am still a Coach and I can still help you and you can join me along with other awesome coaches in our challenges groups, just ask me for details. I will be happy to tell you all about it. As you can see, it works!!! And, yes, I am still studying for my Personal Trainer License, which I WILL get, that is just taking me a bit longer, but thats ok, I will NOT give up on that either :) So anyway, I just felt like sharing this today.
