TO ALL STUDENTS REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PAYMENT OF FEES FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-2014 1. Returning students with outstanding balances must settle these in full as a pre-condition for registration. Students with outstanding balances will be barred from registering for the new academic year. 2. Fees are due and payable by September 2, 2013. Late payments will be allowed up to September 15, 2013. 3. Students who have been verified as being approved for Student Loans or other scholarships/grants will be able to register and access all facilities of the Campus. 4. Fees for Halls of Residence must be paid in full before rooms will be made available. 5. Installment plans will be accommodated where there are verifiable, extenuating circumstances. 6. Students requesting installment plans must agree to have the plan signed off by his/her parent/guardian or sponsor. If the student is self-financing his/her fees, then there must be evidence of how the financing will be met.
