TO: All 535 members of the United States Congress and the President: CC: All concerned citizens & media August 4th, 2014 The state of our Union and its current border security can no longer be ignored. It is with heavy and broken hearts that we compose this notice. We predicate with these unarguable facts: According to intelligence analysis from Customs and Border Protection our sovereign nation has been invaded by no less than: 71 individuals from the three nations affected by the current Ebola outbreak attempting to illegally enter the U.S. between January 2014 and July 2014. 3,246 illegals from China amid a massive crackdown by Chinese authorities of Islamic terrorists in the Communist nation. 239 Pakistani181 Egyptians We are daily on the defense from 50 + groups with names like Juarez Cartel, Los Zetas, MS 13, Latin Kings, Crips, Bloods, Barrio Azteca; not to forget the Islamic jihadists infiltrating our country. The Secure Fence Act of 2006 - Directs the Secretary of Homeland Security, within 18 months of enactment of this Act, to take appropriate actions to achieve operational control over U.S. international land and maritime borders, including: systematic border surveillance through more effective use of personnel and technology, such as unmanned aerial vehicles, ground-based sensors, satellites, radar coverage, and cameras; andphysical infrastructure enhancements to prevent unlawful border entry and facilitate border access by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, such as additional checkpoints, all weather access roads, and vehicle barriers. Defines operational control as the prevention of all unlawful U.S. entries, including entries by terrorists, other unlawful aliens, instruments of terrorism, narcotics, and other contraband. Directs the Secretary to report annually to Congress on border control progress. Amends the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 to direct the Secretary to provide at least two layers of reinforced fencing, installation of additional physical barriers, roads, lighting, cameras, and sensors extending: from ten miles west of the Tecate, California, port of entry to ten miles east of the Tecate, California, port of entry;from ten miles west of the Calexico, California, port of entry to five miles east of the Douglas, Arizona, port of entry (requiring installation of an interlocking surveillance camera system by May 30, 2007, and fence completion by May 30, 2008from five miles west of the Columbus, New Mexico, port of entry to ten miles east of El Paso, Texas;from five miles northwest of the Del Rio, Texas, port of entry to five miles southeast of the Eagle Pass, Texas, port of entry; and15 miles northwest of the Laredo, Texas, port of entry to the Brownsville, Texas, port of entry (requiring fence completion from 15 miles northwest of the Laredo, Texas, port of entry to 15 southeast of the Laredo, Texas, port of entry byDecember 31, 2008), states that if an area has an elevation grade exceeding 10% the Secretary may use other means to secure such area, including surveillance and barrier tools. Directs the Secretary to: study and report to the House Committee on Homeland Security and the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on the necessity, feasibility, and economic impact of constructing a state-of-the-art infrastructure security system along the U.S. northern international land and maritime border; andevaluate and report to such Committees on U.S. Customs and Border Protection authority (and possible expansion of authority) to stop fleeing vehicles that enter the United States illegally, including related training, technology, and equipment reviews. Whereas, the leaders of our government elected by our choosing have been derelict, impotent and feckless in their duties; We will do your jobs for you. We act within, and as defenders of, the Constitution of the United States of America and the laws which govern us all. We have repeatedly begged you to do what we now must. You have left your citizens no other options but those afforded us by the Constitution. We now only ask that you do one thing. Continue to do nothing. We will handle what you obviously cannot. Legend says during a World War II military strategy meeting Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Navy, Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto proclaimed; You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass. The Admiral knew the American people would not stand idly by while a hostile force invaded our homeland. As you read this, groups of concerned American citizens, including organized militia forces, have begun to arrive at the United States-Mexico border. Thousands more are organizing supply lines and the logistics to begin arriving within the next few days and weeks. By the time you return to Congress from your vacation, a substantial force will have amassed along the U.S.-Mexico border in support of under-funded, under-staffed, over-worked law enforcement and private property owners who have been completely ignored and left to their own devices. KNOWING that these groups cannot arbitrarily secure the border with no over-arching organization; the citizens of this great nation are waking up and are demanding action. Patriots from around the nation are making their way to the borders to do what is necessary to secure the security of our nation. Edmund Burke once said; “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” We are good men and women. We will do something in the absence of this incapable government. God Bless America and Our Noble Efforts, The Citizens of The United States Of America
